You can add the leaves to salads, soups and stuffing.
In the Garden:
The leaves have a nice minty aroma, with spikes of violet-blue flowers in summer. These flowers are GREAT for attracting bees, butterflies and hummingbirds. Hyssop is an attractive addition to your flowerbed, or borders and large containers.
